This week I have been to a one of the very nice and peaceful place in the Philippines. It's a relatively small place yet, there is something there that makes me feel at home. It is
Dumaguete City located in central Visayas. Last month it was Buglasan Festival and its that occasion that got me there, although most of my friends have been telling me to visit the place. I really had a lot of fun and I am even tempted to look for a
house and lot for sale in dumaguete city because it is just so cheap and the City has been renowned in yahoo as among the Top 10 places to retire. LOL. Not that I am old obviously but it's just a peaceful place and you can see that because there are a number of Ex pats already living there.
