Bacolod The City of Smiles

So, after our visit at Dumaguete and Cebu, it is time to take a visit to the next city just close by and that is Bacolod City.  From Dumaguete, you can easily take the bus and ride for about 5 hours or if you have your own private car, you can cut down that time.  The good thing is, is you take the car, there are so many great places that you can pass by like the Mabinay Caves and it winding road through the mountain, Bais City's white sands which we will take a complete separate post for that beautiful place.  The city also has the very famous Mascara Festival which happens on the month of October, just a week before Dumaguete's Buglasan.
